Infinix unveiled the new Note 8 series succeed the Note 7 launched last year. This laptop comes with an excellent all-round sleek design, upgraded battery, powerful processor and advance camera. 

The Infinix Note 8 has the same 6.95-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels and a pill-punch hole display. It comes with a quad-rear camera setup comprising of a 64MP + 5MP + 2MP + a dedicated VGA low-light sensor. There is also a dual 16 MP + 2 MP selfie camera inside the dual-punch hole cutout. This flagship smartphone is powered by Mediatek Helio G80 chipset paired with Mali G52 GPU and 6GB RAM, to be fueled by a 5200 mAh Li-Po battery.

Design

The Infinix Note 8 looks similar to the premium model Zero 8 with the major difference being the rear camera positioning. It has a sleek design with GEM CUT design that is transparent yet durable, hence it is trendy and classy. The exquisite design pattern of the phone is filled with alluring gradient lines that collect and reflect the rays of light in a very appealing way.

Infinix Note 8 has a plastic body and 2.5D glass on the front with narrow bezels and slightly curve edges, giving it a premium feel. It also measures a dimension of 175.3 x 78.8 x 9 mm and 207 g weight, hence it is surprisingly thin and easy to grip without fear it slipping off your fingers.

Furthermore, the 6.95-inch Dual Infinity-O display stretches from edge to edge making streaming content and playing games much more enjoyable.

At the back, there is a rectangular camera bump that houses the quad camera setup which include a 64MP main camera, 2MP macro camera, 2MP depth camera and another additional 2MP AI lens. There is also a quad-LED flash next to the cameras. At the bottom there is also the Infinix logo perfectly inscribed to give a more premium look.

Furthermore, on the left side of the phone there is a power button which has also incorporated a fingerprint sensor, and volume rocker button. At the bottom, there is also a Type-C port, microphone, headphone jack and speaker grille.

Display

Infinix Note 8 comes with a 6.95” FHD + IPS LCD Dual Infinity-O Display that provides zero distraction in the viewing experience. The screen has a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels that results to a pixel density of 258ppi and a screen to body ratio of 83.27% with narrow bezels, offering maximum on-screen view to users.

In addition, the Infinix Note 8 comes with a 20.5:9 aspect ratio and a display color up to 16 million which gives the device a colorful, clearer, more immersive viewing experience from watching videos to playing games.
