QASA stands for Quick Access Solar Array, which means that you can quickly access the solar generator from your backpack or bag. It has a battery inside of it so you can charge any device with it, even if there’s no sun present and interestingly, the solar panel does not need to be in direct sunlight in order to convert the sun’s rays into electricity.

The QASA solar power generator is an innovative and sustainable way to generate electricity. It utilizes the sun’s rays to produce a clean, renewable and affordable source of energy that can be used for both commercial and residential purposes. In a nutshell, it converts solar energy into electrical energy. The device needs to be in the sun and it needs to be connected to an electrical grid. It does this through the process of photovoltaics, which are classified as semiconductors that can convert light into an electric current designed to be portable and efficient. It is able to charge any device and it can also be used for lighting when the sun isn’t out.

The QASA solar power generator is composed of three main parts: the photovoltaic panels, the battery pack, and the inverter. The panels are designed to capture as much sunlight as possible in order to convert it into electricity. The battery pack stores this energy until it’s needed while the inverter converts it into AC current that is used by any device that runs on electricity.

FEATURES OF THE QASA SOLAR POWER GENERATOR

The QASA solar power generator is a great innovation in the solar power industry. It is one of the best and most efficient solar generators on the market and it comes with a lot of features that make it stand out from other generators on the market.

The first thing to mention is that it can be installed indoors or outdoors, which makes it perfect for people who live in cold climates where they don’t want to install their panels outside. This generator also has a battery backup system that saves energy in case of grid failure.

It is a small and compact generator that can be powered by solar panels or by a regular outlet which makes it the most efficient solar power generator on the market

Qasa Solar Power Generator integrates the following all in one device:
1.  Inverter
2.  Stabilizer
3.  Ups
4.  Battery
5.  Solar panel and more.

All you need to do is plug and play, you don’t need any installation or engineering work. It generates pure sine wave electricity to carry any electronics and home appliance less than 300w, such as lights, TV, setup box, audio, electric fan, blender, fridge, computer, medical, and life support equipment.

It’s portable and mobile. Also, it can be moved around different rooms in your house, or warehouse, even in hospitals.

It supplies clean and quiet energy for emergency use. It’s rechargeable. When it’s not in use, it can be connected to a solar panel in the daytime to get free recharging or it could be connected to a PHCN power supply for quick recharging. It’s very unique, durable, and affordable.

The QASA Solar Power Generator is a solar power plant that is suitable for both home and industrial use. It has a large surface area for collecting sunlight and it can generate up to 10kW of electricity per hour. The generator also has an inbuilt battery system that stores the generated power and can be used when there is no sun or when the power grid goes down.

The QASA Solar Power Generator provides clean and affordable energy to residential areas as well as commercial buildings.

TYPES OF QASA SOLAR POWER GENERATOR

There are basically two (2) main types of Qasa Solar Power Generator. They are:

  1. QPG-500
  2. QPG-1000

They both have different rate capacities.

HOW TO USE AND INSTALL YOUR QASA SOLAR POWER GENERATOR AT HOME

Solar panels can be installed on a roof, but they also have other options for placement such as on-ground or pole mount.

The QASA Solar Power Generator is a new solar power generator that is designed to be easy to install and use. The installation process is quick and simple, with no need for professional assistance.

Qasa Solar Panel Installation Guide – Step by Step Process

Solar panels can be used to generate electricity for both commercial and home use. In both cases, the Photovoltaic Panel is installed on the Roof Top to get maximum possible sunlight and generate maximum electricity from the system.

You can install your QASA Solar Power Generator at home by following these steps:

Step-1: Mount Installation

The first step is to install the solar panel mounting brackets. Depending on the application, it can be roof-ground mounts or flush mounts. This foundation gives stability and support. The orientation in which the PV panels (monocrystalline or polycrystalline) are mounted is carefully considered. The optimum direction to face solar panels in the Northern Hemisphere is south because it receives the most sunshine. Both east and west directions are acceptable. The ideal direction for countries in the Southern Hemisphere is north.

The mounting framework must be adjusted slightly once again. The tilt angle could be anywhere from 18 to 36 degrees. A solar tracker is used by many businesses to improve conversion efficiency.

Step-2: Install the Solar Panels

The solar panels must now be attached to the mounting structure. Tightening nuts and bolts accomplishes this. The entire structure is secured adequately to ensure that it is durable and long-lasting.

Step-3: Do Electrical Wiring

The electrical wiring is the following step. During cabling, universal connectors such as MC4 are utilized since they may be used with any type of solar panel. The following series of electrical connections can be made between these panels:

Series Connection: In this case, the Positive (+) Wire is of one PV module is connected to the Negative (–) Wire of another module. This type of wiring increases the voltage match with the battery bank.

Parallel Connection: In this case, Positive (+) to Positive (+) and Negative (–) to Negative (–) connection is done. This type of wiring voltage of each panel remains the same.

Step-4: Connect the System to Solar Inverter

The next step is to connect the system to a solar inverter. The positive wire from the solar panel is connected to the Positive terminal of the inverter and the Negative wire is connected to the Negative terminal of the inverter.

The solar inverter is then connected to the Solar Battery and Grid input to produce electricity.

Step-5: Connect Solar Inverter and Solar Battery

The next step is to connect the solar inverter and the solar battery. The positive terminal of the battery is connected with the positive terminal of the inverter and negative to negative. The battery is needed in an off-grid solar system to store electricity backup.

Step-6: Connect Solar Inverter to the Grid

The next step is to connect the inverter to the grid. To make this connection, a normal plug is used to connect to the main power switchboard. An output wire is connected with an electric board that supplies electricity to the home.

Step: 7: Start Solar Inverter

Now when all the electrical wiring and connections are done, it is time to start the inverter switch ON the Main Switch of the Home. Most solar inverters will have a digital display to show you stats regarding the generation and usage of the solar units.

MAINTENANCE

  • If QPG is not in use for a long time, it’s advisable to charge it every 4-6 months.
  • Normally, the battery lifetime is 2-4 years subject to the ambient condition. In case the charging or discharging gets abnormal, it’s advisable to replace the battery earlier.
  • Replacing the battery must be done by a professional.
  • It’s advisable to do a full charge-discharge every 4-6 months, or every 2 months in high-temperature areas. The full charge should be done after it is completely discharged till it shut down automatically.
  • The ventilation must work smoothly without any obstacles. It’s advisable to clean the dust around the side ventilation and cooling fan every 6 months. The cable should be disconnected and turned off before the cleaning.

Not forgetting to mention that QASA’s unique design allows for the solar panels to be more efficient in collecting sunlight and converting it into electricity for your home. It also provides a cleaner alternative to traditional fossil fuels, which generate harmful emissions that contribute to global warming. It is a design that has been developed to provide an ecologically sound, clean alternative energy source for your home. The solar panels are designed to be aesthetically pleasing and can be installed on the roof of your home.
