Tecno Spark 4 Price, Specs and Review

Tecno has launched the latest ‘SPARK’ member Tecno 4 series series. on the 25th September 2019. The Transsions Holding company unveiled this fourth spark series devices, the TECNO Spark 4 alongside its Pro version Spark 4 Pro, and the smaller version Tecno Spark 4 Air as an upgrade to the Spark 3 series.

The Spark 4 comes with a 6.52 inch display and boasts of a 2.0 Quad Core Cortex A53 processor with Android 9.0, Pie. It also comes with a 3 GB of RAM, an internal memory of 32 GB. It has a back/ rear camera of 13 MP + 2 MP + 0.3 MP and an 8 MP front camera with a 4000 mah Li-Po battery capacity to push all this. It supports 2G, 3G and 4G.

DESIGN

TECNO Mobile have decided to go simple with the whole design, but bold with its colors.However, the spark 4 still sports a mid-range captivating body built.

It features a sleek unibody in its typical dot-notch design, to compete and follow the trend in the market. Spark 4 speaks more of the wide screen with its 6.52-inch full display which is quite bigger compare to its predecessor, the Spark 3 which sports 6.2 inches display.

The Spark 3 storms a similar body to the latest Camon body, hence, the tiny bezels and slightly curved sides. This smartphone is designed to modern standards, with a smooth rounded corners, slim body and sleek texture. It has a fingerprint sensor mounted at the back, located right beside the camera setup.

It comes with 2 colorful gradient back cover – Royal Purple/Vacation Blue. The eye-catching color choices which would make you easily stand out from the crowds.

DISPLAY

The Spark 3 sports the trending full view display, which is one of the biggest and most noticeable changes in the device. The full view, 19.5:9 aspect ratio display allows the screen to stretches all the way to the sides giving the phone a cleaner, more attractive and premium look. Thanks to the full view display, the device sports little or no bezel, which is impressive for a budget device.

The SPARK 4 takes unprecedented step of adopting 6.52″ Dot Notch Screen, giving you the true super full view experience. With 90% perfect screen ratio and high resolution, the world you explore through SPARK 4 would be much broader and more wonderful.

This impressive device uses an HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen which is perfect for big screen lovers. It has a resolution of 1600 by 720 and 273 pixels per inch density. The Spark 4 screen spread up to 85 % screen to body display for the best viewing experience.

CAMERA

Tecno spark 4 is equipped with a Triple Rear Camera shooter. The triple primary camera setup on the Tecno Spark 4 includes a 13-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth camera, and a third low-light camera sensor. Features include PDAF, dual LED flash support, eight scene modes, AR Stickers, custom bokeh, AI Beauty, and Panorama.

It also comes with the Newly upgraded algorithm “AI Camera 2.0” which brings AI HDR, AI Scene Detection and more amazing photography functions. The front camera comes with AI Bright Camera, and hides its flashlights in the dot notch screen. Hence, the selfie camera can capture any memory at anytime.

Inside the dot notch at the front of the spark 4 is an 8-megapixel selfie camera as well with features like bokeh effect, AI Beauty Mode, in-built AR Stickers, Wide-Selfie Mode and AI portrait mode for the perfect photography.

The Front camera also serves as Face ID unlock system for the device. You can now unlock your phone speedily via “face scan” or record your facial information. It comes with the newly added “Closed-Eyes Detection”on 2.0 version, hence, your phone cannot be unlocked when you are sleeping or closing your eyes.

On the inside, Spark 4 is powered by Quad-Core MediaTek Helio A22 processor sporting a 32-bit 2.0GHz powerful CPU. The chipset is paired with 3GB RAM or 4GB RAM options with 32GB or 64GB internal storage options. This mobile phones can also be expanded up to 128GB via microsd card.

OPERATING SYSTEM

In terms of software, the Spark 4 runs on Google Android 9.0 which is the latest OS version with users convenience in mind. The OS is backed up by TECNO’s latest HiOS 5.0 user interface. The interface features the AI Video Chat Beauty Mode which would make you shine in the video chat, adding more fun when chatting with friends.

It also comes with deeply customized optimization of Game Mode which assures better gaming experience. Free space, game boost, network acceleration, notification optimization and more new functions contribute to a much faster and more immersive user experience.
